Our Story

Welcome to Kizuna, where every meal tells a story of tradition, artistry, and connection. Our name, Kizuna, means "bond" in Japanese, reflecting our dedication to creating a unique and intimate dining experience that forges a lasting connection between our Chef, our guests, and the exquisite art of Omakase.

At Kizuna, we invite you to embark on a culinary journey curated by our Chef.

He meticulously crafts each course using the freshest, seasonal ingredients to bring out the best of each piece. Our Omakase course is intended to delight the senses and honor the rich heritage and tradition of Japanese cuisine.

Dry-Aging

Our Chef's passion for his craft is evident in every dish, from the delicate precision of sushi to the innovative flavor combinations.

One way he directs his Omakase is through a unique technique called Dry-aging. This method allows the fish he serves to undergo a natural process of breaking down enzymes in a controlled environment of low humidity and temperature to enhance the flavor, texture and umami of the fish.

The fish is Aged for different durations depending on the type of fish and the intended outcome of the flavor Chef is aiming to achieve. This allows every piece to be distinctive and special in its own way. When you sit at our counter, no two meals will taste the same! â€‹

Sushi Rice

The sushi rice at Kizuna is designed to match the distinctiveness of each flavor of sushi that Chef envisions to create. To achieve a perfect balance between the fish and sushi rice, the rice has to be made in a specific way with special ingredients to compliment the fish in the best way possible. This naturally allows the sushi to taste different, extraordinary and rare in each bite.
